Rockwood police arrest 3 suspects in meth lab bust | News
Rockwood police discovered a meth lab and arrested three people during a traffic stop on Wednesday.
They stopped a SUV because there was a tire hanging out the rear window. After police spoke with the driver, an officer noticed a strong chemical smell. After they got consent to search the vehicle, they found an anhydrous ammonia meth lab in the SUV.
They arrested Matthew Knight, 34, and David Foland, 51, and Teri Stephenson, 53, on meth manufacturing charges.
Police have busted 14 meth lab in Roane County so far this year. At this time last year, officers had only made one bust.
