Neighbors once again file suit against Tiger Haven
News

A group of Roane County residents who live near a big cat sanctuary are once again suing.

The four neighbors filed a lawsuit against Tiger Haven, citing noise, safety and health concerns. They are asking for up to $10 million dollars in damages and a jury trial.

The neighbors filed a similar lawsuit back in June 2011. It was voluntarily dismissed in March 2013. The new lawsuit notes that both parties had previously agreed to a change of venue that would allow the case to be heard in Loudon County instead of Roane County.

Tiger Haven houses more than 265 big cats, including lions and tigers.
